Tune Jockey

This custom launcher icon was created for a new offline music player app.  They had a rough concept that featured a horse and jockey which they wanted to be incorporated in the design in some way.  As this was a music app, it took a bit of creativity to integrate the jockey graphic with the concept of music as a theme. In the end we played on the term “jockey” to reference an old-school disc jockey by using a record design that had the horse and jockey as the label.  This concept lent itself well to being able to account for various launcher icon masking shapes.
